i am in agreat confusion of opting the branches.please guide me.
i will be getting.

ECE - NIT ALLAHABAD,ROURKELA
CS- NIT JAIPUR,KKR,ROURKELA
MECH-ALL
ELECTRICAL IN SOME
AND FINALLY INSTRUMENTATION IN NIT TRICHY
SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAR SHOULD I OPT.

I do not have much knowledge about the relative quality of the different institutes that you have mentioned. You should however base your choice on what subject you think you would be interested in pursuing further.
If you do not have any particular interest, then going by the current trend it is best to opt for ECE or CS.
